House is operated by liwangchun, an independent developer based in China. Questions: [email protected]. By using House, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.

1. Using House

House lets you explore floor plans, arrange room functions, preview styles and export images. Plans marked as free can be used without payment; paid access unlocks the full listed collection. An account lets you save up to 100 designs. Plans and furniture are illustrative, not architectural or construction advice. Consult qualified professionals before building or changing walls.

Keep your account secure. Do not misuse the service, infringe others' rights or redistribute our catalog and assets as an asset library. We may restrict abusive or fraudulent use, with notice where appropriate or required.

2. Payments and subscriptions

Monthly access is USD $5 per month; yearly access is USD $50 per year. Both renew automatically until canceled. Lifetime access is USD $99 once for the lifetime of this service, with no renewal; it does not guarantee indefinite operation. Taxes and the final total are shown before payment.

Paddle is our authorized reseller and merchant of record, handling payment-related support, billing and returns under its Buyer Terms. House provides the product and technical support.

3. Canceling your subscription

Before renewal, open My designs → Manage billing and cancel. You can also use the management link in your receipt or Paddle support. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. After access ends, saved designs remain viewable and exportable while your account is open; editing paid plans requires an active entitlement.

4. Refunds

Refunds follow the Paddle Refund Policy applicable to your purchase and applicable law. Request one through Paddle buyer support or your receipt's support link. Canceling renewal does not automatically refund earlier payments; a refund may end the associated paid access. Confirm whether future renewals have also been canceled.

Your mandatory consumer rights remain intact. Using House does not itself waive any statutory withdrawal right.

5. Your designs and privacy

You keep rights in your original contributions and permit us to process them to provide House. Saved designs are private unless you enable a public link. You may revoke that link, but cannot recall copies already made. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling.

You may use exports in personal or commercial presentations within the rights we can grant. This does not grant rights in third-party architecture, plans or trademarks. You are responsible for material you publish.

6. Availability and changes

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or construction suitability. Keep copies of important work. Any limitation of liability applies only as allowed by law and does not exclude fraud, gross negligence or mandatory consumer protections.

If House closes, we will provide reasonable notice, an opportunity to export designs and any required refunds. We will notify you of material changes as required by law. Contact us with concerns; this does not restrict your statutory remedies or access to competent courts.
